In Tim’s memory, The Tim Orth Memorial Foundation continues to provide financial assistance and emotional support to numerous families living with serious illness and injuries. Some of these include complications due to cancer, brain injury, automobile accidents, premature birth and numerous other diagnoses we can not even pronounce.
Listed below are a few of the individuals the Foundation has been able to assist:
Micah Wittman - (Lake Lillian, Minnesota) Micah was born with Hypomylination Syndrome affecting the nerves in the brain. An infection resulted in amputation of both of his arms and legs.
Colby Smith - (Hutchinson, Minnesota) Colby, as a high school junior, was a victim of an automobile accident that caused paralysis.
Erik Nelson - (Winthrop, Minnesota) At age 17, Erik was diagnosed with acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
Joseph Krebs - (Sleepy Eye, Minnesota) Joseph has Muscular Dystrophy.
Jordan Madson - (Westbrook, Minnesota) Jordan suffered a severe traumatic brain injury in an ATV accident.
Makenna Hillmann - (Buffalo Lake, Minnesota) Makenna was born 17 weeks early weighing 1 pound 2.5 ounces and measuring only 12 inches long. At birth she had numerous challenges that will affect her as she grows.
